Delivery prices
We charge £ 3.00 for special delivery and £ 1.50 for recorded delivery .
Orders of over £ 60.00 have no delivery charge and will be sent by special delivery.
All of our jewellery carries a 14-day money back guarantee. We do not refund postage unless the product is faulty.
Delivery Policy
All item are posted via Royal Mail. Ladelle-designs.com will charge you a postage fee on any order under 60 pounds. We will do our best to ensure that the orders are fulfilled on time.
Our Delivery Options
We offer a choice of two delivery options, express overnight delivery (insured by Royal Mail) and recorded delivery (not insured by Royal Mail).
Please note that all deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
Special Delivery
For urgent orders and orders above 20 pounds, you would be advised to opt for special delivery, as it guarantees overnight delivery
(on orders placed before 2 pm) and is insured by Royal Mail.
Orders placed on Friday before 12 am are guaranteed to arrive on Monday.
Please note guaranteed delivery is subject to Royal Mail fulfilling their obligation.
Recorded delivery
For non-urgent orders under 20 pounds, you can choose our recorded delivery option.
Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday through Thursday) are shipped the same day.
Delivery time varies from 1 to 5 days, and the value of the item is not guaranteed (uninsured).
Insurance
Royal Mail special delivery includes insurance to cover loss and damage of up to 250 pound value.
Recorded delivery does not include insurance!
Returns policy
All of our jewellery carries a 14-day money back guarantee. We do not refund postage unless the product is faulty.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us on the condition that it reaches us within
14 days of your recieving of the goods.
All goods must be returned in the condition witch they were received.
